House rules

☆Check out: 11am. If you exceed this time without authorization from the host, an additional night will be charged (base rate); this payment will not mean the extension of the reservation. If, due to exceeding your departure time it is necessary to cancel the next reservation, you must cover the total amount of that reservation.
☆ Only the guests indicated in the airbnb reservation are allowed,
Penalty for each additional person $25 per night
☆ It's not allowed:
1.Hold parties. in case you exceed the noise threshold of 55 decibels between 22:00 and 8:00 hrs this will generate a 200 USD a penalty from the building administration, this will be charged to you. If the noise persisted once the security made the first warning, the administrators are allowed to shut down the apartment power.
2.Smoking indoors. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments, otherwise an additional charge of 50 usd will be made.
☆Turn off the pool pumps while not using them. The switch is located on the terrace next to the light switch.
☆When the AC is turn on keep the doors closed to avoid leaking
☆Turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment
☆ Do not to put a face mask in the washing machine.
☆ You can throw away the garbage bags in the trash cans located outside the building on the left
☆When you are not using the coffee maker, please unplug it
☆ We accept small and trained animals, for this we charge a deep cleaning fee and the pet fee for the two things would be a total of 80 usd for the entire stay, the staff will enter to verify all the furniture before your arrival to check that everything it´s all right, and we only accept one animal at a time.
☆ Please help us take care of the linens, make good use of them.

Tulum integrates both beach and jungle areas, which entails limited service infrastructure. Consequently, you may experience power shut cuts, internet intermittence or a weak phone signal . Since Tulum has several fast-growing developments in progress, construction noise in the area may be present during your stay.

Also, since Tulum is a very small town you should notice that rural areas will be close to the building. Therefore, we recommend using all main roadways and renting a car or using a taxi during your stay. Please, you should be aware that not all areas are friendly to walk by. You are in a safe place. We are just here to remind you using the safety rules that you would keep in mind in any other foreign place.

You may experience construction noise around the building.

How far are we from the beach?
Moving around Tulum is quite easy, if you rent a bike, the nearest beach would be around 30 minutes away from our properties. Or by car, 15 minutes away.

Is the pool or plunge pool hot?
None of them are heated, since the normal temperature in Tulum is 28 ° C

Closest shop/convenience store?
We recommend our guests bring their own grocery shopping. Near the building you will find Aldea Zama Minimarket, 12 minutes walking distance. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. You can either go to “Super Aki” or “Chedraui”.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was great with plenty of space for our family. The host provided a crib for our baby and the apartment had 2 bathrooms which was nice too. Highly recommend.

Just as described. Close to the beach and downtown Tulum. Will definitely stay again. I really like how the washer is also a dryer! They have security every night, did not feel unsafe at any point. Great Airbnb and affordable.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Libre fue muy satisfactoria, el lugar es hermoso con lindos y lujosos acabados. Los anfitriones nos ayudaron a decorar con globos y un rótulo de cumpleaños la sala de estar para nuestro recibimiento, unos completos cómplices. El apartamento está completamente equipado, las camas son cómodas y los aires funcionan a perfección. Recomiendo Casa Libre para cualquier grupo viajero, familias o grupos de amigos!

Lourdes’ place was great for my stay in Tulum. The location was close to both the beach and the town where we could buy supplies and take the covid test for our return. The home itself was very clean and accurate to the photos shown. The neighborhood felt safe at all times. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in tulum.

Great place to stay. Near the city fun & beaches. Apartment was very clean. My only suggestion is to keep the noise down during quiet hours our neighbors were loud and they will cut off your power to shut you up. lol

The pool was freezing cold, and lots of mosquitoes in bathroom with plants. The sliding glass door does not lock for us. Other than that it was super clean, spacious and everything we needed. I would recommend this place.
