☆Check out: 11am. If you exceed this time without authorization from the host, an additional night will be charged (base rate); this payment will not mean the extension of the reservation. If, due to exceeding your departure time it is necessary to cancel the next reservation, you must cover the total amount of that reservation.

Penalty for each additional person $25 per night
☆ It's not allowed:
1.Hold parties. in case you exceed the noise threshold of 55 decibels between 22:00 and 8:00 hrs this will generate a 200 USD a penalty from the building administration, this will be charged to you. If the noise persisted once the security made the first warning, the administrators are allowed to shut down the apartment power.
2.Smoking indoors. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments, otherwise an additional charge of 50 usd will be made.
☆When the AC is turn on keep the doors closed to avoid leaking
☆Turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment
☆ Do not to put a face mask in the washing machine.
☆ You can throw away the garbage bags in the trash cans located outside the building on the left
☆When you are not using the coffee maker, please unplug it
☆ We accept small and trained animals, for this we charge a deep cleaning fee and the pet fee for the two things would be a total of 80 usd for the entire stay, the staff will enter to verify all the furniture before your arrival to check that everything it´s all right, and we only accept one animal at a time.
